Profile: Lion Prof Prathap Yadav, a progressive Melvin Jones Fellow, completed Graduation & Post Graduation in Management Studies from Garden City College and MPhil in Human Resource management from Bharathidasan University.

Profession: Started career as Campus Administrator in GCC and went on to teach for UG and PG courses for 12 years and served as Principal in a reputed educational institution. Presently, he is founder chairman of Vidya Shree Seva Educational Trust (VSSET) which manages Vihaan Public School.

Lionism: Joined Lions organisation as a Charter President of LCB Universal in the year 2011. He is FDI Graduate, RLLI and a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow (PMJF). Chairman Universal Lions Ser vice Foundation, Guiding Lion for 4 new clubs till date, Extension of 3 new clubs and 2 Leo clubs.

Awarded SMYLE Excellent Award (Summit Maximizing Young Lions Engagement) during 52nd Lions ISAME Forum 2024 held at Hyderabad.

Family: Lion Prof. Prathap Yadav is happily married to Lion Jayalakshmi P Yadav, MJF and are blessed with two gems – Vihaan Yadav and Namish Yadav. Staying in a joint family with mother Lion P Padma and his younger brother Lion Rohit Yadav, MJF, his spouse Lion Nandhi R Yadav with two children, Hitesh Yadav and Rithvika Yadav, together they make a pictureperfect joint family.
